Reiseführer Pastrengo

Pastrengo ist eine kleine Gemeinde auf den Hügeln hinter dem Gardasee, 19 km von Verona entfernt. Am 30. April 1848 wurde Pastrengo zum Schauplatz einer berühmten Schlacht, die wegen seiner berühmten Attacke auf die österreichischen Einheiten im Gedächtnis bleibt, die von drei Staffeln Carabinieri angeführt wurde, denen die Verteidigung von König Carlo Albert anvertraut wurde. Dieser Angriff trug dann dazu bei, das Schicksal der gesamten Schlacht positiv zu lösen. In Pastrengo gibt es viele sehr gute Restaurants: es blüht die Gastronomie entlang der alten Napoleonischen Straße und auf den Hügeln über dem Gardasee. In Pastrengo ist der berühmte Safari-Park, einer der Hauptattraktionen am Gardasee.
